Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using Kyvari AI as a travel professional and for sharing proposals with clients. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Kyvari AI and its related proposal, collaboration, analytics and subscription features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement for yourself or the business you represent.
Accounts and workspace security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly notify Kyvari if you believe an account or share link has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for controlling which team members, clients and recipients receive access.
Travel-planning service
Kyvari provides software for travel professionals to draft, edit and share proposals. Kyvari is not a travel supplier, tour operator or booking agent and does not itself confirm reservations, inventory, entry permission or live fares. A proposal becomes a booking only through the separate confirmation process used by the responsible travel professional and supplier.
AI-generated and third-party information
AI output, maps, place details, images, schedules, ratings and other provider data are planning aids and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Travel professionals must independently verify destinations, dates, routing, accessibility, prices, availability, visa and health requirements, safety information and supplier terms before relying on or sharing a proposal.
Client and traveler information
You may enter client information only when you have an appropriate lawful basis and permission to use it for travel planning. Do not upload unnecessary passport numbers, payment-card information, medical records or other highly sensitive data. You control public proposal links, private collaboration links and revocation settings.
Subscriptions, billing and limits
Current plan features, generation limits, trip-length limits, prices, taxes and billing cadence are displayed before checkout. The checkout terms for the selected product govern payment and renewal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not refundable merely because generated content requires revision. We may restrict abusive or automated usage that threatens security, cost controls or service reliability.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass security or entitlement controls, access another tenant’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, distribute malware, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit unlawful content, scrape the service at scale or use Kyvari to facilitate fraud or unlawful travel activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Kyvari a limited, worldwide right to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, provide requested AI processing and make proposals available to recipients you authorize. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content.
Kyvari intellectual property
Kyvari’s software, interface, documentation, design, trademarks and service-generated product elements remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active account; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.
Service availability
Kyvari may change, suspend or discontinue features and may use third-party infrastructure and providers. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free output or that a particular supplier or provider will remain available.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Travel professionals remain responsible for their advice, proposal contents, client communications, supplier selection, bookings and compliance obligations. Kyvari is not responsible for supplier changes, travel disruption, border decisions or a traveler’s failure to meet entry requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kyvari at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, fraud, non-payment or activity that threatens other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers and responsibility for submitted content—survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
